Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) are tests that analyze the electrical activity of muscles and nerves to arrive at the reason behind certain nerve related ailments such as tingling sensations, muscle cramps, numbness, etc.

EEG

An Electroencephalogram, or EEG, detects the electrical activity in the brain and is used to diagnose various brain-related disorders such as Epilepsy, Alzheimer’s disease, narcolepsy, etc.
