Diabetic Profile

Diabetes is one of the most common diseases in the world, and also the most deadly. This is because if diabetes is left unchecked, it can cause serious long-term issues such as heart disease, stroke, kidney failure, and damage to the eyes. Because the effects of diabetes are not apparent immediately, it can often go undetected for years during which time it has already caused damage to the vital organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys. Therefore it’s essential to be regularly tested for diabetes.

At Eastern Diagnostics we have formed a Diabetic Profile test which will check for the onset or existence of diabetes. We recommend this check up to be done annually for all persons above the age of 30, and even earlier in the case of those with a family history of diabetes.
